This is one of my all time favourite motivational videos. My favourite part is right around minute 2:50.

What it really comes down to, as Mr Eric Thomas says so eloquently, is: How bad do you want it? What are you willing to give up in order to achieve your goals and dreams? Are you doing whatever it takes? Or are you fooling yourself by telling yourself the story that you’re doing your “best”?
